CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We focus on forming strategic, sound and meaningful partnerships with communities, civil society and government in dealing with community needs and problems in an integrated and sustainable way. Over and above developing our people and doing what we can to help them flourish, we also have a responsibility to our community. ATIO supports the Adopt-a-School Foundation and the Eco Children Training initiative.

Over and above developing our people and doing what we can to help them flourish, we also have a responsibility to our community.  ATIO supports the Adopt-a-School Foundation and the Eco Children Training initiative.

Adopt-a-School Foundation

The Adopt-a-School Foundation is a non-profit organisation that supports the creation and enhancement of a conducive learning and teaching environment in disadvantaged schools.

The Adopt-a-School Foundation not only impacts on the lives and development of the learners in adopted schools but also on the quality of education and the sustainability of the school for generations to come.

Eco Children Training

Eco Children is a non-profit organisation, initiated by the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve - the organisation focuses on hands-on environmental education and school development as a whole.  The organisation operates in Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces in north east South Africa, areas with some of the country's most severe social and environmental issues.

Eco Children Bursary Fund

ATIO contributes towards the Eco Children Bursary Fund - this enables the organisation to provide education materials or extra tuition to beneficiaries of the fund, improving their chances of academic success.

Eco Children Santa Shoebox Project

ATIO also participates in the Santa Shoebox Project, a community initiative that coordinates the donation, collection and distribution of personalised Christmas gifts to underprivileged children, while at the same time helping to teach children about the joys of giving.
