Standards: |
Collection of test/ trialing data. |
- Perform 5 trials per week, per network between 07h00 & 19h00
- Each trial must be at least 100 calls
- Plan and survey the predefined routes per week.

| Managed test equipment. |
- Ensure usable test equipment
- Ensure that the data is reliable
- Ensure that business rules are applied
- Complete weekly checklist

| Downloaded correct test file. |
- Confirm the correct time and date on Laptop & Desktop PC
- Compare time against Telkom’s 1026 number.
- Ensure that the correct calibrated test file is downloaded

| Upload of test data. |
- Ensure that base file, remote file is uploaded.
- Ensure that the correct configuration file is displayed in data
- Ensure Buzzard pair is merged correctly
- Copy data to server after processing
- Send data to technical/production team for analysis and processing.

| Followed procedures. |
- Ensure that correct procedures as per trialing procedures are followed.
- Report on faults.
|
| Managed trialing vehicle. |
- Ensure timely services for trialing vehicle.
- Keep fuel & kilometer logbook
- Complete vehicle log sheet
- Complete weekly equipment check list and route planning spreadsheet

| Reported out-of-lines. |
- Log all out of line on the days vehicle log.
- Log call at Atio care for all out of lines.
- Write reference number on the vehicle log.
- Timely follow up to ensure that out of lines are resolved.

| Managed control-records for ISO9002. |
- Ensure that all daily trialing data is saved on the server
- Complete Buzzard management reports
- Complete weekly checklists, vehicle logs
- Complete all data sheets

| Comply with SLA. |
- 5 trials per network per week as per SLA.
- Trial within specified time- between 07h00 & 19h00 daily
- All trials must be more than 100 calls

- Knowledge about GSM phones will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of telecommunication will be an advantage.
- Able to work overtime as and when required.
- Willing to travel.
- A+,N+ Advantage
- Basic understanding of 3G services/ concept understanding telecom
- Diploma in Telecoms
