Cloud Services

ATIO offers many of our solutions as cloud based services that can be deployed as Public-Cloud, Private-Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud configurations.

As an example, we have launched the Avaya IP Office cloud service in South Africa that offers world class telephony and unified communications features together with the option of adding contact centre functions such as call routing, IVR, reporting, recording – with both voice or multimedia options.

Building upon this base, we will soon be launching enterprise solutions that will include many of the advanced applications that are normally associated with on-premise installations. Examples of these include Workforce Management, Quality Management, Speech Analytics and Desktop Analytics, to name a few. The advantage of using our cloud services to pilot or prove the concept of an advanced application means that you do not have to make a major capital investment before testing how this will benefit your business.

ATIO also offers integration and development services using our Outsystems platform, based in our cloud environment, enabling us to offer innovative and rapid development applications and snap-ins to our customers. Our customers benefit from the speed of our development process as well as the ability to use applications for as long as the business needs them without making a major investment in a development platform of their own.
