Vendor-backed Support

All support provided by our technology partners is delivered via ATIO. Vendor-backed support, provided through annual OEM fees, typically includes expert technical assistance to address software issues, software patches to address known issues, access to training resources (training classes would be an additional charge), knowledge base for technical support questions and access to the product developers to log requests for future functionality. Depending on the level of OEM fees, the customer may also be entitled to update releases of the software (hardware and implementation services are charged separately).
